It worked great. I don’t know the taste of halloumi so I can’t say how different it was. I’ll definitely make it again!

I had never made halloumi cheese before and it came out amazing. I probably used a few extra spices because I didn’t measure carefully. And topped it with sliced avocado. Very filling and yummy. Can definitely see it working with tofu for vegans.
